A Trip to the Globe Theater - This is an online worksheet that takes the students through a guided visit to Shakespear's world.  It can be downloaded and copied or the students can complete it online and print out their answers.

Shakespeare Bookshelf - This is a web site that give the student access to all of the bard's works.  It is possible to view the text of his plays, poems, and other work.

Globe Theater-This web site allows the student to explore the theater that Shakespeare made famous.  It also contains an excellent description of the "Black Death" that was part of Shakespear's world.  Primary source documents in the form of letters are availiable.

This website from the new Globe theater in London allows students to take a tour of Shakespear's old Globe Theater.  The site contains 360 degree panaramic views from different locations in the theater.  On the main page click on the "Exhibition"button at the top of the page.  Then choose "Theater Tour" on the left hand side of the screen.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Virtual Tour"
